Why did my Tarot deck ship from another country?

Moss Universe Tarot and Lenormand decks are independently created and managed by Zane Moss in Latvia.

The physical printing, cutting, packaging, and dispatch of the cards are handled by a professional international production partner.

Depending on your location, production availability, and the selected shipping route, your order may be dispatched from the United States, Europe, Asia, or another regional fulfillment location.

The country shown on the shipping label may therefore be different from the artist’s location.

Where should I return my order?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.Every Moss Universe deck begins in Latvia.

I personally develop and manage:

  • the artistic concept;

  • the card imagery and symbolism;

  • the deck structure;

  • the creative direction;

  • the product presentation;

  • the guidebook content;

  • the Etsy shop;

  • customer communication.

The physical cards are professionally manufactured by an international printing partner according to my submitted designs and production specifications.

What is a fulfillment centre?

A fulfillment centre is a logistics location used to prepare and dispatch customer orders.

For example, an order delivered to a customer in the United States may receive a USPS shipping label from a fulfillment location in California.

This does not mean that the seller is based in California or that the fulfillment centre owns or created the deck.

It simply means that the location was involved in processing or dispatching the package.

Why are regional fulfillment centres used?

Why is the return address different from the shipping address?

Regional fulfillment networks may help to:

  • reduce international delivery times;

  • transfer packages to local postal services;

  • provide local tracking information;

  • improve the final delivery stage;

  • select the most efficient available shipping route.

The shipping location may vary depending on the destination, production availability, and current logistics conditions.

The address shown on the shipping label may belong to:

  • a production facility;

  • a logistics warehouse;

  • a regional fulfillment centre;

  • a courier processing location;

  • a postal transfer point.

These locations are used to manufacture or dispatch orders, but they are not necessarily authorized to receive customer returns.

For this reason, the shipping address printed on the package may be different from the seller’s official return address.

Please do not automatically return an order to the address shown on the original shipping label.

Before returning any product:

  1. Contact me through Etsy Messages.

  2. Explain the reason for the return.

  3. Wait until the return has been approved.

  4. Request the correct authorized return address.

  5. Use tracked shipping and retain proof of postage.

Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided directly by the seller. In most cases, this address will be located in Latvia.

A package sent to an unauthorized fulfillment or production address may be rejected, lost, or impossible for the seller to retrieve.
