Where Do We Find Energy?

To create, to live fully, and to feel joy. To make every moment infused with happiness, and every day taste like something new.

We all ask ourselves the same question: where does our energy come from? Sometimes it’s in a cup of coffee, a longer night’s sleep, meditation, or an inspiring book. Yes, those things help. But the true, inexhaustible source lies in movement. Sports and physical activity are the foundation on which everything else rests.

Morning light in nature is more than beauty; it’s pure energy for the body, mind, and spirit

My Energy Base – Movement

Regular exercise is my number one formula for a day filled with strength, lightness, and joy.

  • A morning run through the forest – clears my mind, fills my lungs with fresh air, and gives me the pure feeling of being alive and present.

  • Strength training at the gym – builds my body and teaches discipline, the kind that transforms into real power.

For me, sports are not just physical activity – they are my daily energy ritual. A sacred pause when my mind clears from clutter, my body feels free again, and my spirit finds peace. Movement is my personal restart button – it helps me move through fatigue, challenges, and even the “dark phases” of life. Every workout feels like opening a door into a new day, fresh energy, and creative inspiration.

Early wins fuel the spirit. One run, one step, and the whole day feels possible

Sports and Creativity

When my body moves, it lets go. And when it lets go, my mind falls silent. Out of that silence comes space – an empty canvas where inspiration flows in. It’s right after a run or a training session that the clearest ideas for card designs, writing, or new projects come to me. I believe the energy awakened through movement is an invisible bridge between body and creative spirit – a link between the seen and the unseen.

My Advice

If you want to feel active, joyful, and inspired to create, find your kind of sport. It could be running, yoga, swimming, or dancing – what matters is that it becomes your daily source of energy.

✨ Because to design cards, to live with joy, and to bring ideas into reality, I need one solid foundation – a lifestyle rooted in movement. And that’s a gift you can give yourself, too.
